Return & Shipping

What is our return policy?

  • Kindly say that personal care and cosmetic product comes under non-returnable category.
  • Due to this reasons we are unable to accept your return request.
  • If you’re unhappy with your purchase please contact us at support@mhcplindia.com and we’ll do our best to help you get the most out of it.
  • Any damages or discrepancies must be addressed within 4 days of receiving it.
  • We stand behind our products and will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience.

Any refunds and exchange.

  • We don't have any return policy, which means we won't take any returns.
  • Under this condition the return request can be accepted.
  • If you receive the products in damage conditions in that situations you must submit the original image of the product and unboxing video to get full refund or exchange the product.
  • If you receive the wrong products in this situation you must provide the original package, invoice, 2/3 images of the product and 40 sec product unboxing video. To exchange the product Refund is not possible.

  • If the Product is damage or wrong Or any mismatch there must be a proof of it.
  • There Should be a video of the unboxing product.
  • Within a 4 Days of the delivery Date you should contact to refund or claim the damages

What is your shipping method?

  • Our flat rate and free shipping offers ships and take up to 7 business days. Shipping times start once your order ships. Our in-house processing time is 1-2 business days depending on the time .

What shipping materials do you use?

  • We use Paper Card board and paper tape. To pack the order We reuse shipping boxes and materials whenever possible

What should do if my package is missing?

  • For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company, your neighbors or the local post office. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered,” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

  • Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order.
